Request for Proposal (RFP)

Consultants
Subject: Development of Proposal on
state macro management model in the area of Quality Assurance of
agro-forestry-fisheries products.
1. 1. Eligible
bidders:
(i)
An individual consultant can
submit proposal. The consultant may at his/her own discretion engage
some team members to work with him/her to deliver the final product.
In this case, the consultant will:
·
Remain fully and solely
responsible for and accountable to UNDP for the timeless and quality
of all the outputs delivered. The Special Service Agreement (SSA) will
be signed with only the consultant submitting proposal.
·
Submit a technical proposal
reflecting, among others, the CVs of the consultant and his/her
selected team members indicating their experience and track records in
similar undertakings.
·
Submit a financial offer
with an all inclusive price occurred to deliver the final product(s).
(ii)
Consulting firms,
institutions can submit proposals (both technical and financial) with
CVs of the proposed team.
You are requested to submit English and
Vietnamese proposals to Development of Proposal on state macro
management model in the area of Quality Assurance of
agro-forestry-fisheries products.
